Question: I received more than one copy of the GNM Newsletter in my mailbox. Why?

Answer 1: People change their e-mail address - for various reasons - but they don't always remember to unsubscribe (delete) their old address from the GNM Newsletter subscription system.
The solution is simple... please go to the GNM Newsletter subscription page for the area in which you initially subscribed (select one of the six geographical regions) - enter your old e-mail address and click on "Unsubscribe". Check your e-mail (the old address) and look for a reply like this...

       Subject: "Unsubscribe from GNM News & Notices"
       Message: "We regret you want to unsubscribe to GNM New & Notices. To make your unsubscription final, please confirm it here: (confirm link)." You would click to confirm and that's the end of your double subscription.

Possible Answer 2: If you are not subscribed or subscribed under a different e-mail address, you will get  a message that says: "You are not subscribed, no need to unsubscribe." That's self-explanatory.

Question: I subscribed to the German New Medicine News & Notices Newsletter but it seems that I don't get any. Why?

Answer 1: People sometimes misspell their e-mail address. To make absolutely sure that this GNM News Subscription is your intent, we send a message to the e-mail address you provided in your subscription so that you can click on the confirming link to accept the subscription. If you did not get this e-mail from our system, please go back to the page where you subscribed (in the geographical region you had used to initially sign up) and enter your data again. Although all fields are required, the system just checks your e-mail address to see if there is a duplicate one in our system. If so, then you get this message: "You have already subscribed!" and that's proof that you are indeed "in the system".

Possible Answer 2: If you still don't feel that you are either confirmed or unsubscribed, as the case might be, then simply drop us a line using our contact page.

Question: So, I subscribed - what do you do with my e-mail address?

Answer: We only use it to send you periodic "GNM News and Notices" of upcoming German New Medicine events, both in Canada, USA and Europe but that's all. We do not sell, loan or otherwise use or misuse your information. So, please feel free to give your real name and location. It is safe with us! Please consult our privacy policy.

Question: I read all of the above but still receive the newsletter more than once - help!

Answer: Do not despair! There are always reasons. A note to us using our contact page will get you fast and proper help. Don't unsubscribe in frustration - this GNM information is too precious to ignore. Let us know your difficulty and we will handle it to your satisfaction. Thanks.
